Returns and Refunds Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can request a refund within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase. To request a refund, email us at info@trynutrava.com . If approved, we’ll provide further instructions.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

We cannot refund perishable goods, custom or personalized items, personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items, or gift cards.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it hasn’t appeared after 15 business days, please reach out to us.

Customers in the EU may request a refund within 14 days of delivery for any reason, as long as the item is unused and in original condition.
